Randomized body types

Hey i wanted to know if there is a way to make so that the game would randomly choose a body type for each female, other than the ones who come from mods ofcourse, because right now, my main body type is 7b natural, and some mod followers have unp some have cbbe etc, but i want it so that everyone in skyrim has a randomized body type, (exluding ones from mods and the PC) is that possible?

I dont know how to do this but I like the idea. It sucks when you find a good follower and its CBBE exclusive  when I use 7b bombshell.
