Can't get the breast to move at all after I use bodyslide to create new body

A little context so I can see if anyone can help me with my problem. I'm using CBBE texture  http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/2666/? for the skin while Deedlit's preset for GorgeousMilf when it comes to bodyslide

I'm trying to get HDT to work with it, but I feel like I'm either missing something or forgot something or it isn't compabilie with something.

I went step for step (I believe) using both the basic and CBBE directions for using HDT Body, when I go to bodyslide and create a new body and take it in game, neither breast nor backside move at all, I'm trying to get it to work with this set of HDT mods

If anyone has any clue on what I might be doing wrong, help would be appricated.

When you create body in Bodyslide use sliderset that end with BBP or TBBP.

Nothing, I only get a tiny amount of jiggle from the idle animation I downloaded, however when my character feels herself up, nothing.

Edit: Not even a jiggle actually, just looks that way because of the rising sinking chest.

Either you haven't been creating the body from the correct HDT body reference, or you have not got HDT PE working at all. Try dropping these xml's in: Data\SKSE\Plugins, and >>>make sure your character equips an HDT Object<<<. If you see no breast movement in the idle animation, then you've done something wrong with your initial setup. Make sure you have 1.7 SKSE, and the correct HDT physics dll file in the correct place. If you still see nothing after all that, then it's because you're making your body from an un-weighted reference in bodyslide.

Do you mind explaining what un-weighted reference means, side note.

http://www.loverslab.com/topic/22955-hdt-breast-for-all-tbbp-body-and-armor/ This HDT works

I'm not too familiar with hdt stuff beyond the simplest things but isnt it easier to just edit the body mesh .nifs and not use the havok object or whatever? Is there any other benefit to it compared to simply putting HDT havok path string in nif?

Not fully sure how to do that and I feel like I would mess something up if I did.

Applying the string to a mesh is better if you only want it on naked bodies, it's great for that, but if you want to apply it to every armour/clothing mesh? takes chuffing ages if you have many armour mods. Also you'd have to add the string again every time you change something to that body, like maybe one day you decide you to make the butt bigger, or zap a part of an armour off, it makes a new mesh without the string.
