Is it possible to use Bodyslide 2 to edit an existing body? I'm using Sevenbase body and would like to make the hips a bit wider and legs a bit more muscular/thicker. RaceMenu doesn't have the option to change the size of these parts, and the RaceMenu Skeleton Slider plugin stretches rather than resize the part so if I want to make something thicker, I have to make it longer too. I loaded up Bodyslide 2 but can't find a way to import an existing body.

You can just use the load outfit option.

I think that Jarka meant to say (and I'm not an expert in this as I am also learning as I go with this) is that you load the body in Outfit Studio.  I recall seeing some things in tutorials on LL about doing it this way (basically loading the naked body as a piece of armor).  Then you load your sliders in the Outfit Studio while you have the body loaded.  Adjust sliders as needed then export.  It's been awhile since I seen this, so I could be totally mis-leading you (and I do apologize).  However, these are my current thoughts.

Yep, that's it. Somehow where he wrote Bodyslide 2 I automatically red Outfit Studio out of habit :P

Tried doing that and saving it as an XML. The moment I select that body in bodyslide 2 via the "outfit/body" dropdown, bodyslide will crash and give the "BodySlide has stopped working" error.

That sounds like you didn't copy the base shape bone weights. You just need to right click on the outfit in the mesh tab and select "copy bone weights". You can also find the same option inside the shape menu.
