I've been having this weird problem, as in the enemies seem to attack lightning fast, landing 3-4 hits in 1 attack animation while moving (standing still is a-ok). My character's weapon speed is normal. I've narrowed it down to PCEA (version 3.5.2) and or FNIS (version 5.1.1 Pcea Hotfix) or the synergy of both. Note : I have tried different versions of PCEA, since it's this mod that has been messing up my experience. I know it has to do with the different behaviour files being all messed up, but I thought I'd ask if any of you have had the same problem and if you happen to have a solution I could try. If you have a workaround for this or a replacement mod I could use instead of PCEA don't be shy 'bout it! EDIT : load order is not the problem, had it checked by both BOSS, then LOOT (sorry if it's absent, I can't seem to post pasted text as of now)

Guest emilio Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 you're going to have to navigate to your animations folder and, one-by-one, delete every single attack animation you can find. skyrim really starts to act up if you redirect the path of certain animations (this also happeneds with FNIS Gender specific animations)
