Zsar Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 See this post: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/25971-xp32-maximum-skeleton-extended/page-22?do=findComment&comment=807524 It was created using the "plain text" option (icon in the top left of the editor window) and had closing URL tags in place for the last two links posted. As soon as I hit "post", these closing tags disappear. If I hit "preview", the closing tags are deleted from my source text. For comparison: Source Text [...] Files used to test were:[list][*][url=http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/26800/?]XPMS 1.93a[/url][/*] [*]XPMSE 1.93a rev 50[/*] [*]HDT Physics Extensions 14.28 default xml[/*] [*][url=http://www.loverslab.com/topic/31235-just-a-handful-xml-and-xp32-skeleton/]Just a Handful XML[/url][/*] [*][url=http://www.loverslab.com/topic/31236-realistic-butt-and-breast-bounce-by-threedeedevil/#entry780788]Realistic Butt and Breast Bounce XML[/url][/*][/list]Text after preview or post [...] Files used to test were: [LIST] [*][url=http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/26800/?]XPMS 1.93a[/url][/*] [*][url=http://www.loverslab.com/files/download/676-xp32-maximum-skeleton-extended/]XPMSE 1.93a rev 50[/url][/*] [*][url=http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/53996/]HDT Physics Extensions 14.28[/url] default xml[/*] [*][url=http://www.loverslab.com/topic/31235-just-a-handful-xml-and-xp32-skeleton/]Just a Handful XML[/*] [*][url=http://www.loverslab.com/topic/31236-realistic-butt-and-breast-bounce-by-threedeedevil/#entry780788]Realistic Butt and Breast Bounce XML[/*] [/LIST] Reapplying the source text in an edit had no effect several times. Editing the post by only adding the two missing close tags and touching nothing else fixed it. Once that had happened, editing again by replacing with the source text did not reproduce the former faulty behaviour! - I therefore assume that it is a fault at server side and not from mine, but just to be sure: Win 7 Prof. x64 IE 11.0.9600.17107 I switched to plain text editing in the first place as the post shown in the editor often did not match the then submitted post in appearance and often functionality, but seriously, why would it alter my input in the first place!? - Similar occurences have led me to always copy my post to clipboard before posting, so that I may revert if something is broken (as in these cases the saved text is always different from the source). When not using the plain text editor, I even had instances of a correctly displayed post breaking once I hit the "edit" button: Even resubmitting without touching anything had led to corruption a couple of times. addendum: Argh! I just noticed that now it has eaten the second and third link entirely!? Damnation!
