Idea for mod, Final Fantasy Tactics hirelings

remember FFT how you could just hire new recruits when ever you wanted from a shop?  that would be cool to have espcialy if you could pick the npc you wanted like some basic stats and female/male with nice face replacers for them so they look attractive.  just i idea no clue how to do it...

Assuming you're referring to 'Skyrim,' the 'Become a High King of Skyrim' mod I believe allows you to recruit anyone you want as a bodyguard. 

Appearances can be generated by a number of NPC overhauls.

Stat and appearance modifying can be done through NPC Editor.
