Better Mining with OOO

Hello, I am trying to use this mod Better Mining, http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/44079/? which gets to the point where when I pick up a pickaxe, I get a message that says "your pickaxe is ready to use" and I can equip it, but activating an ore vein simply gives you the ore, because of OOO's built-in harvest containers (it's supposed to stop you from moving until you have struck the vein enough times with your pickaxe). I like the rest of harvest containers, so I'm wondering how I would remove the scripts for the ore veins to allow the mining sequence to activate. Thanks in advance for any help.
