3DSMAX 2011 Altering pre-existing frames of an animation

So I'm trying to convert some animations from Oblivion to Skyrim. I got them working but quite a few are screwed up.

They look pretty nice although being a bit fast but im sure i'll figure that out. The main issue is I do not know how to edit animations AT ALL nor create them. Only how to convert them....

 

The MAIN QUESTION IS...

 

How do i edit the Z position of an object at a particular frame without altering the other frames???
