I am haveing problems makeing unqiue bandits , i set the actors faction to -1 banditfaction but they choose to fight other bandits and do not attack me

That's because whenever you inspect actors and see a -1 in a faction it doesn't really mean -1. Somehow the CK knows that this faction will be used at runtime (Quest Alias --> Alias Faction for example) and sets a -1 in the faction list. To make it work you need to set the faction to 0.
