Angrybird Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 Wtf are you people on about? The settings are there for you you to adjust them to your machine capabilities, if you heighten what the game is capable of it shouldn't affect your options.
windpl Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 Games are succes ported from console because not many left that want HIGH STANDARD, PC is dying and now they also start making game perfect for controllers and worse for M/K soon most won't even remember that PC was always superior in every sense but if some see how to make money and PC is not the hardware for it they just make it so that that hardware is absolete and inferior wins over superior this happen in the past and it will happen again, if it makes them more money it rules they don't give a shit about gamers. Shame because i eather stick with old games and or quit gaming all together. Still couple of years to go before PC desktop gaming is dead(and i dont mean laptops there inferior also). My hope now is The Witcher 3 which is made by a company that shit on the mainstream concerning DRM or DLC they still think about the gamers first then money and still hopefully make game thats made for true hardcore not the console wannebees with ezmode spoonfed generation crap. Small note, in last years PC market generated more profit and was bigger than console market combined. There was significant drop in pre made pc noted by HP and other companies. On other hand Nvidia, AMD and other manufactures noted significant boost. Then what is dying?

HanPL Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 I have quite powerful PC and on Ultra + sweetfx game looks just terrific but WD have some serious memory leaks and streaming problems, after about 1-2h of playing on ultra game suddenly starts to loose fps from like 50+ to 10-15 only way is to set shadows to high or restart the game and problem will go away. New Nvidia drivers help greatly but still waiting for some big patch from ubisoft (probably not going to happen but who knows....) Still game looks really good especially when it's night & raining but even in day it looks good.
