[Question] How do I get my character's skin in skyrim to look like this?

I can't figure out the instructions because they just aren't clear and google transalator isn't very helpful

 

could anyone transalate this or let me know how this is done?

I've tried glosstech but it just doesn't give the same oily look

That guide has so many pictures that are so well done it dose not need translating...

plus the impotent part (nifscope) i in English....

can you really not follow it?

I couldn't figure out what was going on the pictures and whether it only applies to the body shown
