Need help making a mod

I need help making a mod and i was wondering if i can have someone or some people help me make it.

I have an idea for a mod called Sexlab affairs mod what i want  is someone to help me create this mod. You know there are mods that let you marry anyone in skyrim and all that but what happens if you married someone who is already married? most of the time when i marry someone who is already married their ex would say "congratulations on your wedding I am so happy for the both of you" but why does none of the ex's get pissed off try and kill you or try and hire someone to kill you or show any heartbreak or whatever. So why is this going to be a sexlab mod? Because Lets say I am having sex with nazeem right? and his wife see's he and i having sex, i think that there should be a reaction to this like after the sex nazeem see's her and says "honey i am so sorry" etc... and then the drama starts then she says "i cant beleive you would cheat on me how could you?!?!" etc you get the picture.

Then lets say that once that is done nazeem is now marriageable and he wont say anything about his "wife" but he would say things about his "ex-wife". So i want this to become more and more like real life. Also I may want there to be that your spouse can cheat on you with someone else, and then your in their ex's shoes for example i have a lot of ideas i want to put into this mod and i would like someone to help me with it. Add me message me or post on this and we can get this started.

I would also kinda wanna make a mod that is like the prision overhaul thing but it allows not only the player but npc's to get arrested
