Followers wander away when I stealth!

I know, I'm posting here a lot lately. It seems I'm positively incapable of playing more than a day without something causing problems.

 

Just as the title says, every time I crouch, the follower just wanders away. Every mod that I have that changes follower behavior is compatible with each other (to my knowledge), and are listed thusly:

 

UFO (with all DLC patches and "always draw weapons")

Sneak Tools (I think changes followers, not entirely sure)

Convenient Horses (it changes followers slightly to give them the ability to ride)

Spouses Can Live Anywhere

Stealth Kills for Followers

Follower Trap Safety

Followers Can Relax (With Serana patch)

The Ningheim Race followers patch

 

And I think that's it. I've already double checked everything, I'm not sure what must be going wrong. Is it a question of load order? If so, here it is:
