RaulCuevas Posted May 20, 2014 Posted May 20, 2014 So, I was wondering if I'm doing things right, 'cause as far as I can tell, I see no big difference between the boob jiggle I had before, and now. For starters: - I already had installed the right body meshes, TBBP ones, and all my armors are BBP or TBBP, no exceptions. Also, all my animations are also TBBP ones. - I installed XPMS modified for HDT, downloaded right here. - I installed the HDT archives that are uploaded in the nexus, which are 3 archives: one dll, one ini, and one xml. ... and thats it, off in the game I go. I don't know if I'm oblivious to the effect, just too distracted or whatever, but I can't really see a difference from the boob movement I had before. I am missing something? I don't have any esp enabled that affects HDT physics, I've heard from some havok object or something like that, do I need that in order to enable the physics? Or I'm good with my current instalation? Is there any way to check If i'm having the effect enabled, some vanilla animation like swimming that should have the effect? Also, the log from my files say things like these: [05/19/14 23:22:36]INFO: Cell changed... [05/19/14 23:22:36]INFO: Add character 000198d1 [05/19/14 23:22:36]INFO: Add character 00000014 [05/19/14 23:22:39]INFO: Add character 0001a636 [05/19/14 23:22:40]INFO: Add character 000198a4 Does that mean it's enabled? And lastly, if I install this thing and uninstall later, is there any danger or leftover in my save, considering I'm not using any script/esp?Thanks! And any help will be appreciated!
solcenva Posted May 20, 2014 Posted May 20, 2014 The following link has detailed instructions and information on how to install HDT, http://www.loverslab.com/topic/28507-how-to-install-hdt-step-1-click-this-an-overly-descriptive-tutorial/.
RaulCuevas Posted May 20, 2014 Author Posted May 20, 2014 Yeah, I did read that guide, and that's why I'm asking my questions: I want to know if the havok object (or any esp, for that matter) is mandatory in order to get the bounce (not so interested in collision), and also if I can uninstall the mod safely if the time comes.
TnTTnT Posted May 20, 2014 Posted May 20, 2014 The 3 files you installed is enough for physics. The havoc object is for collision. If you cannot see difference, maybe you need some other more exaggerate xml file (HDT use xml file to customize bounce/collision). There are many xml customized file in HDT and HDT download forum. Give each of them a try until you find the one that suit your taste. I'm using the file from this thread. http://www.loverslab.com/topic/27122-hdt-collisions-hair-physics-now-with-belly-support-updated-just-another-hdt-xml-file/
RaulCuevas Posted May 20, 2014 Author Posted May 20, 2014 Thank you! I'll try downloading another one to see if there's any change. Lastly, can anybody confirm if I can uninstall this without issues in the future?
TnTTnT Posted May 21, 2014 Posted May 21, 2014 I can confirm that I have no issue upgrading HDT for several version or sometimes disable HDT in current game play.
