Female Animations Stretch In Strange Ways

So, I have HDT installs, it works fine for hair and jiggle and the like, but when animations happen, the character's breasts become stretched and pointed, or entirely concave. Anyone know the cause of this?

 

Also, occasionally dicks will stay fixed in the place they start with an ugly texture skin connecting them to the rest of the body which is elsewhere.
