Skyrim Unbound Questions

I've been experimenting like crazy to find mods I like.

Skyrim Unbound is one of them. I'm turning off the dragons completely and I want to run a new game without Dragonborn content at all.

 

Have any of you used this mod?

 

Where do you like to start?

 

Do you need Dragon born content to level in this game? or is there enough extra content to fill the need.

 

Any starting dungeon (vanilla) that you like to start with?

Just use Random Start and go from there I guess
