yeah i saw that as well but the neck gap part is anoying me more then the shadows lol

I found that adjusting the weight slider all the way to the left or right removes the gap in the neck. This also causes some of those textures that wouldn't appear properly to show correctly in game. The weight slider affecting so much' date=' I find weird!

The Maid armor, and the Tera HMF R10-terx non glass replacer textures would not display properly until I adjusted the weight slider. Anyone else experience this? Is this due to the body mod being used?

Not sure about the textures, but the shadows are caused by skinning mismatches, or when one of the nifs has at least one vertex with more than 4 bone weights assigned. I found the same issue with a mod I made. To fix this would mean to re-skin the model. A lot of work.

hi im new and a noob at modding. I tried downloading Tera Castanic F H11: Castanic WIP Mod and Castanic Face 1. I put all the texture files in the texture folder and i put the mesh files in the mesh folder in the DATA folder. I also put the esp files in DATA.

When i go into the game, i can see the TERA armours under ebony but when i wear them, they are just normal ebody armour unchanged.

I read through most of this board and even tried creating Options/ESPs/ folders in DATA.

Can someone please tell me what im doing wrong?

 Is there a way to make the "TERA HAIR PACK" work with "Skyrim NPC Editor"?

If so' date=' how?

(*Note - currently they do not seem to "register" in the editor, so do not appear as a useable option. Other custom hairs - some of them - do).

[/quote']

The NPC editor can only assign hairs as described in Skyrim.ESM. If you are seeing custom hairs they are from hairs that replace the default hairs. Tera Hair is a separate, non-replacing pack and therefore the hairs are not present in Skyrim.ESM.

Once the CK is out you will be able to use it to add standalone hairs to NPCs easily. Two more days.

If the armor mod came with an .ESP file then it is non-replacing, meaning it has not replaced Ebony armor, but added an entirely new armor most likely available by crafting it.

Can we also have a Blade and Soul Mod Collection here somewhere? They were originally for OB but since the tera mods came a bit of the same time as them maybe some would be interested? Keep it up with the updates! CK tomorrow! :D

Also, someone named dovahorker posted the fox9 armor at the nexus. He/she even put up a link to this thread. I think there could be trouble coming. :-/

Greetings guys

Thanks dscythegeo for the nice tera mods. I've been playing with these mods for a few days now and one thing kind off put me off a bit about the armor.

The skin tone. I know in Tera the characters are light on the skin tone, but I thought I'd go ahead and make a simple mod that improves the skin tone of some of the armor a bit. This might be a useless mod to most, but for me the improved skin tone makes it feel more welcome in Skyrim. ;)

The original mods are still required for these to work properly. They can be found here:

Hmm same thing happens when i craft it. It appears as TERA armour in the inventory but as soon as i wear it its just normal ebony armour. Dont know whats going on.

The Tera_Castanic_F-H04 mesh has some type of artifact that causes a long pointy shadow. I downloaded it first from TESNexus then from here to check and both versions have it.

its the same file here and there so there's no fix yet' date=' its not bothering me tho. I use the armor in my game all of the time now. Anyway you can try to use the shorter tail mesh i just posted if its bothering you that much. The pointy shadow will disappear.

Love these Mods. I just wish there was a cloth version of the Elin helmets. Since the helmets are considered armor it kills my mage armor perk.

i think u can just use sky edit and change it to cloth if u fancy, its pretty easy actually. But then it might change the crafting location for example ebony to misc.

Quite right, I've fixed the links so you can now view the screenshots. Thanks again for the mods mate, I've always liked the Tera outfits even though I've only seen the game, never played it before. ;)

Thanks for the suggestion. I thought it was gonna be complicated learning skyedit but I've played around with GECK before so it was easy to pick-up. I almost feel like a real modder.

wow another upload to skyrim nexus' date=' the tera hair pack. LOL

http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=8021

Guess i should put a big big letters saying :

* DO NOT UPLOAD TO SKYRIM NEXUS! BECAUSE THEY DUN LIKE IT *

should i do that??

EDIT: oh well its moderated now so probably deleted.

Yeah you prolly should man, tbh them doing it puts this entire thread at risk.

If you make something like this openly known... to everybody for access... then it catches the attention of those who would be able to force it to be taken down. The reason this works is because most people dont know its here.
