Viewing Mcm Causes All Huds, Menus And Loading Screens To Disappear

Very strange bug, and no this is not the double cursor bug. Alt-tabbing out of Skyrim causes all huds and menus to disappear (including hp/stamina/magika, settings, inventory, magic, etc, even console), pressing their keys will cause the game to pause with that blur effect but nothing pops up. Loading screens disappear too, the game simply freezes for a few seconds then it will load the target cell.

I have SkyUI installed, only had this problem once before but fixed upon relog. Now it's happening very often.

What's going on?

I don'T know exactly what you problem is actually, but I know my Skyrim isn't very alt-tab friendly either. When I open up the steam overlay though, I can alt-tab in and out hundreds of times without a problem. it's shift+tab to bring it up

I just noticed it actually happens upon viewing MCM settings, not alt-tab (I probably alt-tabbed after viewing those settings earlier). After exiting the menu the interface would disappear. I have some Sexlab mods installed, could it be one of those causing the problem?
