Disable Male Body Suit?

I want something a little different. Call me strange... I would like when two men have sex, for the receiving party to be flaccid. Which requires two separate body meshes, of course. In fact, I would be okay with just disabling the mandatory body suit, and just equip my own for my player character (which is included in breezes body pack), and then having sex with men with the default male body mesh being a flaccid one. 

 

But I don't know how to accomplish this... If I try to tweak things in sexout.esm to remove the bodysuit armor in FNVedit, FNV refuses to load.
