Have you tried running BOSS?

One potential issue is you have defeat and submit both installed, whilst this is possible it is not "out of the box" and they will need to be configured carefully. One easy way to check if this is the case would be to install sexcrop ( http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/516-sexcrop/ ) and use that to trigger animations in a town as a test. /if they start ok then it is quite possible that there is a conflict between the two setups of combat rape mods
