So in Skyrim i  have defeat mod installed Zaz animtions,devious devices and a few others....i m not sure whats causing this but when i chose rape with player over any female the ending scene ends up being that women and pc(male) taking cumshot from follower npc(Cum from Strapon LOL).How to make happen like normal threesome where pc dominates both woman.

 

Is it because of zazAF?

Did i overlooked some options again

I'm having the same issue.  Male dragonborn with Lydia.  Lydia rapes with player and she's the dom.
