ok so I have a total of 255 (max) mods in my mod list, I know with having so many it can cause issues, but whenever I try to go to whiterun it either ctd's or stays on the loading screen forever and I was hoping someone could help me figure out the mod (s) that are causing this, I've attach my papyrus log

 

edit: I have also attached my load order per nmm
