ENB problems?

[Womb Raider]

I was installing a memory patch for skyrim and chose to update ENB at the same time and now I have this awful issue with the shadows and textures appearing to be super checkery or speckled. Let me know what you guys think, I've attmpted uninstalling and re-installing ENB again.
