strange fog issue

[SplitResonator]

I literally reinstalled Skyrim to get rid of this "fog" issue and it came back. its really getting on my nerves

Doesn't seem like you're using boss or it's successor loot

otherwise Update.esm would come right after Skyrim.esm

 

NOT using boss/loot is suicide.

Upgrade to 252 version of ENB, I had a similiar problem caused by the Settings in an enb version I was using for ENBoost. I installed more files than was necessary from the wrapper version.
