My game crashed on Saturday, and I had to reinstall the whole thing. Reloaded all my mods and started over...

Lesson to be learned: DO NOT FORGET WHAT MOD YOU LOADED!!!!

(I was caught by total surprise here)

This is Lady Penelope, right off the boat in Windheim.

I'm using Live Another Life and my first mission is to investigate Helgen. I fast traveled to Whiterun and hoofed it to Riverwood. Made a quick stop to purchase spells at the trader.

What did I do? I tried out my Frostbite spell on a chicken. Killed it.

Next thing I know, Penelope is being attacked by the locals! Including dear, sweet Alvor the blacksmith.

The Moral of the story:

Don't forget you installed the DEFEAT mod!

Last word

I'm playing the unarmored mage. So when defeat does happen, I'm RPing the following rule, whatever clothing I has was lost, torn to shreds. New clothing must be scavenged. Hmmm, now I'm gonna have to download Dangerously Nude as well.

Back in Whiterun, and many of the guards KNOW I killed that damn chicken.

Bottom line: Laws are HARSH in Skyrim!

STOP RIGHT THERE CRIMINAL SCUM!!! You have violated the chicken!

It's about time we violate YOU!

P.S. Did you know that killing the chicken is an capital offense in Skyrim? Along with stealing tomatoes? And it is punishable by...umm. Let's forget about it.

Anyway, that was hilarious. Thanks for the laugh.
