sslThreadModel questions: Number of stages, timer lengths?

I did find the thread from way back where it was pointed out that the timers can be retrieved from the Timers property in sslThreadModel.  So this is a question not specifically related to SexLab: How?  I only know a couple of ways of doing this, and sslThreadModel isn't associated with any form I can point to.  So as always, it's a question of what kind of syntax will get me that array.

 

Second question concerns the number of stages, which is something I've had less luck on.  I'd rather not just assume the animation has X stages, or trip over the last stage when it happens.  Would prefer to plan ahead.

I've been plugging away at this and have mainly succeeded in stumping a couple of other folks.  Nothing new to ask: How do I tap into sslThreadModel's Timers property when sslThreadModel is not attached to a form?  Even this summary offers that it's possible.
