Freeze and CTD

So my game is freezing after some minutes of playing , what I do is just running in game and then its freezing.

 

CTDs occur sometimes at loading the game. Not anytime but often.

 

It must be a mod conflict but I dont know which one.

Well it seems the log is showing something about SOS. Never had problems with sos before , why now ? My game is freezing at sometimes encountering sex or in crafting menu too.
