Seeking a specific mod for Tropical Skyrim & Others

Hello! I came here to see if anyone would know or have the file to a specific mod I am seeking.

Let me first clarify that it is NOT the overhaul on the nexus. The mod I cannot find is a compleation to the overhaul that makes the textures look better and better completes it.

It was apparently removed from the nexus for some reason.

 

I am also seeking advice to what other mods to use to better complete the tropical overhaul.

Ohno, just when I finally got my current skyrim install stable and smooth at 248 mods you had to go and bring this up again. If anyone answers your question I see many long evenings in my future.
