Importing Effects

Hi there, Could any 1 explain me how to import effect's from other games into skyrim and make them atleast work.

 

As example a Waterfall From oblivion. I cant even import them into 3d's max without disabling the animations.

So my questions are.

 

How can i import the effects in 3DsMax, Or do i need another program that can import and export these effect?

How do i need to export them to make them function properly with all the animated effects?

 

For importing i get the following error.

 

i know that it says that 3ds max does not support it. But what do i need so i can import them?.
