TES4 Oblivion - new building modding resources ???

What is a good mod resource that contains buildings for Kvatch in oblivion? I want to make a mod for the city of kvatch that contains various destroyed buildings like in vanilla but also has some buildings not yet destroyed.

 

I also wish to be able to replace some of the existing buildings in all other cities with new buildings someone made so that larger city mods i make do not look so repetative thanks to the small variety of buildings to choose from in vanilla oblivion cs. what is a good mod resource that contains these other buildings as well that i can borrow from?
