Better wrist for females [REQ]

So, by the huge amount of boy replacers and such, it kinda strikes me as odd that no one has noted or care about how bad the wrists look on females, and surely the same applies to males, the problem is that it it way too thick, as in the same wide as the arm, and it really gives such a weird feel, and I'm one of those who once they see something, they aren't able to un seen it, so I was wondering if there was an unknown mod that addressees this issue, I've tried the better hand mesh for UNP, but apparently it only fixed the fingers. Anyway, I better drop an image so you can see it for yourselves:

Lady body did this good by merged body and hand mesh, but it's different UV mapping makes hard to replace the textures by other texture mod

I technically could address this issue in my HGECR model, however this would require editing hand meshes, too. That is a bit of a problem due to finger weights :/.
