Purple body texture bug

So I have CBBE installed with Better Females, then I have created TBBP bodies and have HDT physics working. When I create characters everything is fine. NPCs are fine. But I have my main save where I play a guy, everything is fine, no bugs, until... I open racemenu and change gender. His or now her body is purple. Why?

That means you've run out of video ram and the texture isn't loaded anymore. One thing you can do to help (if you aren't already) is to use enb from enbdev.com. It takes over handling video ram, among other things.

 

Another choice is to turn off some other mod to free up memory - in this case, I'd cut some kind of custom clothes or armor. Choose one that has a big BSA file, or large meshes/textures directories. Stop using 4K textures, and select mods that use 2K or 1K textures instead (some mods will give you a choice in the texture sizes included).

 

Your last option is to get a new video card with more memory.
