Sexlab crash on startup after BSOD

I know, I know BSOD is bad. It's my first one since I bought the computer, got heartbroken when I saw it. Let's put that aside for the moment and focus on fixing this issue now.

After restarting the computer since I BSOD during Skyrim I noticed that when I tried to start Skyrim it crashed instantly  and give me the message "Skyrim has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

I quickly narrowed it down to Sexlab simply because all other mods work fine but as soon as I turn on SexLab then boom, CTD. I tried to reinstall SKSE as well as SexLab however I am still getting the same issue. Could it be that some file was corrupted during BSOD? I tried starting the game with all my mods except SexLab and that works fine, I also tried to deactivate all mods except FNIS SkyUI and Sexlab and the game crashes so it's certainly SexLab that's the culprit.

Should I verify cache using steam? I'm afraid it might replace tweaks that I have (even though I accidentally started the launcher already). Also are there some temp files I can delete that might have been corrupted? Any help appreciated, worst case i'll play without SexLab but I just can't help feeling that something is corrupted and ignoring the issue is not going to make it better in the long run. Not to mention how bad it is to "uninstall" mods by simply unticking them without clearing them first.

I also accidentally started the Skyrim Launcher while trying to find the issue *bangs head against wall* so now I assume all my ini tweaks are gone and I have no idea what they used to be.
