I noticed that if you set the video quality to medium there are issues with the display - the texture become glitchy. Is there way to fix that? I want to play on medium video quality because when I set it to high my game gets laggy.

looks like someone shit on him before sticking him in a rainbow...., anyway check the scripts, there may be an error causing it to look at the textures before going:BLEGH and dying

How do I do it step by step? I am newbie when it comes to modding.

That's a texture glitch. You're probably using mods of some kind. The problem you're looking at in the screenshot stems from using a texture setting that's too low for the texture set.

 

Go into your in-game graphics options and set textures to high. That should fix it.

I downloaded this mod when it first came out but I never got it to work at all. Just letting you know (and I don't give up easily.)
