Modeling question/conversion

all i need to know is what skeletons do i use for 3dmaxs to import a character model onto aswell what else do i need to do to do it 

 

 

also what skeleton model would i use to import susanoo for a spell bc im going to be working on a Uchiha Clan mod an i plan to use implant new jutsus an gekegenkai abilities an if i can manage it an uchiha Clan Class Along with Sharingan Spell that will switch eyes to different sharingan modes
