Adrenaline Mod

Is there a mod out there that allows for you to play through multiple dungeons or have hard core fighting experiences that will pump up the pc and npc followers/companions. It is often said in war time or traumatic experiences adrenaline builds to a climax and gives way to hard core need. If you know what I mean Yeah I was looking to find something on a time counter or random encounter rate. Like say you run into a crap ton of druagr and a dragon priest win, cool down a moment then bam heat of the moment! Maybe dialogue options to accept or decline?

If there isn't a mod for that would someone be interested in creating one? It would be much appreciated!
