Can't talk to certain npcs after sex using sexlab

Today while playing skyrim, I suddenly found out that i could not talk to a follower anymore, specifically, the option to press e to talk appears, but pressing it does nothing. After a couple hours of testing, i was able to reproduce it by having sex using sexlab, but this time it happened on a different npc (Haelga). After testing some more, I found out that the same thing also happens to items, for example, i can no longer read a book that i was able to read before the sex scene. i tried fixing this by using console commands on the npcs effected (Disable/Enable, Ressurect...) But none of them worked. The only way to fix it that i know of is to load a save game that is created before the problem started happening.

PS: During testing one time i randomly could not talk to a follower of mine when walking around riften. A save i made a few minutes ago was fine, and i've done nothing in between. This only happened once.

I've never had this Issue before but lately it happens to me aswell.

 

After a lot of testing I can also say it happens after a sex scene is completed and absolutely nothing except reloading an earlier save fixes it.

What you said is partly true, if you have sex and the NPC doesn't go:" You've done well" or a message shows up saying Relationship rank increased, you can't talk to that NPC anymore.

 

But there's still the issue of not being able to talk to NPC's, that you've never had sex or infact no interaction at all with.

 

Am I really the only one with this?

 

btw. I don't use Sneak Tools so it can't be that.

I had this same issue, so I cross-referenced our mods and found the culprit that fixed it for me. Animations mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/51554/?) has a 'Block' functionality installed that ensures an animation plays before the object is activated. I'd say it bugs out on occasion which causes a permanent block to that object. 

Quote from mod page:
 

• I'm not able to interact with some objects.
• - Some people have this problem for unknown reason.
  Press Emergency Button in the MCM, enable Unblocking mode and try looking at one of the objects you can't interact with. If the message will tell you that this object is blocked from activation, press unblock. Disable "Use BlockActivation" option on the main page of MCM to use a asafe mode of this mod. And use Emergency Button to unblock objects you aren't able to interact with.

 

tl;dr - Animations.esp, disable the blockActivation setting in the MCM. (save and reload) Hopefully fixes it, as it did for me.

Oh man you just made my day . i was getting nuts because i couldnt find the source problem , i thought it was something related to Requiem . I did what you said and it worked perfectly . This bug made me reinstall the game 3 times and ruined my advances games  (20 hours or so ) .
