[Request] Fallout 3 and NV Blood Dragon Armour

Could someone port the ME2 or ME3 Blood Dragon Armour into Fallout 3 and New Vegas? There is a mod that adds the armour to Skyrim found here https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0Bzj8ZEkOh_L0MjdUQUZaY0wxRnM&usp=sharing&tid=0Bzj8ZEkOh_L0a1JiSHRhTllUWjA but not for the Fallout games.

There is a skeleton that would allow you to use any Obliv armor, not sure about Skyrim armor but yes there is a skeleton out there that would let you use any armor for FNV/FO3

 

I saw it 2 years ago on Nexus, sorry that was a long time ago

 

I think it was called Compatible Skeleton or had Oblivion or Skyrim in the name.
