Skin Tone and Nose not Changing

Hello everyone. I recently came across a problem. I am unable to change the skin tone of my characters head while only being able to change the skin tone of the body.

I know the problem stems from me changing around my mods today. So far I uninstalled the Ningheim race and coverwomen. Then decided to change my body type from UNP to CBBE. 

 

Help is appreciated!

 

 

EDIT: I am unable to change the skin tone of the head on nords only for some reason.

Finally after several hours toying with my meshes and textures, I finally fixed the problem!
