Yeah, So i have this wall that is clipping oddly. I am guessing it is project parallax?

hmm, out of my knowledge. however to think the mods that actually changes meshes causes such problem usually. try to turn off all environmental mods/building mods probably work.

If you are using any kind of texture replacer for the environments, and using Project Parallax, then your walls will shift at certain angles. Project Parallax is designed for vanilla Skyrim. So if you're using something like Sexy Whiterun (and all those other Sexy series) or NobleSkyrim, or any mod that retextures the vanilla walls and such, then it will conflict with Project Parallax.
