LH 0.93 head mesh - NPCs' mouths stop moving? o_o

I am not sure if this has already been covered, and after repeated attempts over the past month I cannot find the tutorial said to be available. :(

 

I do not know how to make either a modded or un-modded NPC compatible with Krista's LH 0.93 high-poly head mesh. When I install it, the NPCs' mouths no longer move. The player model continues to work fine.

 

Does anyone know how to do this? :unsure:

Wow - I've never even heard of that one before! That does seem a much better choice, as it includes the male head mesh as well! :)

 

Judging by the Google translation though, it does seem that it's a case of such meshes being incompatible with everything that is not specifically re-made to BE compatible with them. Damn. :(

 

(*Additional note for anyone who goes looking for this - simply installing the archive with a mod manager may not be the best route, as having installed/uninstalled it this way several times myself to test it doesn't actually *DO* anything. Nothing is over-written. There is an additional file in the path being added called "nif" which is getting in the way. The file structure *may* require a full unpacking & re-compression to actually work - and in any case will still require any modded NPCs to be re-exported from the CK in order to be compatible).
