Help with dark face issue?

So this happened awhile ago, and it's starting to bug me. I think it may have happened as a result of a texture blending issue. It may be worth noting that this problem is much worse if I uninstall the SG textures. The vanilla characters, and the vampires look like Jawas in the right light. This only seems to happen in certain lighting conditions.

 

Is it a specular map issue?

The image quality is bad, but you can see the face is much darker than anything else. When the character is facing the other direction, she looks fine. Any idea what's up?
