Oh Deer - Possible bug?

Hello :)

 

In my current playthrough of CLS, I am stuck in "Oh Deer" :/ I just picked up the deed for the Tiber Septim Hotel, but the lady in the Imperial Commerce does not have the dialouge option needed to progress in the quest? Am I missing something or is this some sort of strange bug?

Sorry for my stupidity... I am tired :D Recently installed mods had bumbed the mod up on the load list for some reason :) Putting it back on the bottom fixed the issue :)
