TERA CBBE in tes5edit, "default object manager" 00000031, important or "dirt"?

Sup! Was going through some ESPs in tes5edit and in TERA Armors CBBE from nexus i found an entry called "default object manager".

Inside of it is a list 00000031, in skyrim.esm this is filled with various listed stuff.

 

In the one in TERA CBBE everything is replaced with null reference and an extra 30ish null references are added to the list.

What does it do? and Can i delete this entry from the tera esp? (there are ONLY null references in the tera cbbe esp).
