Loud Battle Music in Whiterun and throat of the world

So, i couldnt find a topic related to this, so i just felt like adding one....

 

So here is my problem (and i have a lot of mods installed, but i couldnt find the one who is causing this ANNOYING Bug):

Everytime i go to Dragonsreach or to the throat of the world, some strange battle music is getting louder and louder! I cant even listen to the story line because its just too loud.... I tried to turn off the music in the settingsmenu but the music just keeps playing.... Am I the only one who has this strange bug? If not please help me erasing this fucking music....

yeah, i believe i have this bug aswell and im not sure whats causing it, my mod list and load order(currently not optimised) is below, do you have any of these mods? in particluar the audio ones; additionalmusicproject. and enhanced soundtrack 02.

I have this same problem and I think I now know which one it is: The Naruto Overhaul, and I can confirm this because when I Shazamed it the song was by a Japanese artist.
