TomahawkChop Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 anyone know how to fix this bug? its like even if you press that t and wait for 5 hours.. npc still in the same place.. for example 2 am and yet people are still selling.. goes out the inn around 11 am and yet... vampires are attacking wtf? o.o edit: I tried attacking every npc inside the ivarstead inn.. and even if I attack them they are not moving.... is there a mod that is causing this bug?
Vancien Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 You seem to be having all sorts of issues with your Skyrim. I would attribute that behavior to some kind of mod you have running that affects npc's and events within Skyrim. I have had npc's stay out if they are engaged in conversation while I wait, even at late hours into the night. But they finish dialogue and then move to their home to sleep etc. You could reset AI but you'd have to do every single npc in the game singularly I believe. I do not know of a code to reset every npc across Skyrim. You could try resetting the entire cell but I don't know if that will have an affect on the npc's within it. Example, Whiterun. I recommend before you do any testing to make a clean save.

I am sure I did not get this problem before o.o http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/51472/? edit: the mod seems to be working fine... hmmm maybe I will play an earlier save.. and go again to ivarstead... for some weird reason when I entered the inn 2 npc are just standing there and not moving... after talking also about renting a room.. wilhelm didnt move after going to my room...

The problem only occurs if I sleep and when I get out of the house or inn (after sleeping) a black smoke will come out in my character IF some vampires attacked that location... lol well the only fix (more like to avoid it) I found atm is dont sleep at inns or your house in the cities...(not sure if vampires also attacks houses that are not in the cities like the windstad manor)
