Tutorial Request

Despite my best efforts, I could not find a Creation Kit tutorial video series that covered how to do a few seemingly simple changes. My goal is to make Skyrim a bit darker. Thieves should be in pillories, both Windhelm and Solitude should proudly display their prisoners of war, dungeons should have interactive torture furniture, etc. Thus far, I've managed to add a few items of clutter around Skyrim, but nothing else. This leads me to my question, does anyone know of any videos that cover:

 

Making furniture (including attaching animations)

Forcing actors to utilize the aforementioned furniture (think Dawnstar torture victims)
