Reinstalling Skyrim

Greetings,

 

I searched about for the best sort of advice on how to reinstall skyrim but I'm still a bit unsure and I think I broke something so here I am.

For installing MO.. but I think I made a mistake somewhere. Before I decided to cleaninstall I had installed MO, I didn't use it though. But now that I look for it on my machine I can't find it o.0 I'm totally confused now and I am pretty sure I broke something. 

 

So I suppose the question is, should I follow the advice on how to do a clean install as with what was suggested on that nexus topic? And then follow the step guide for installing MO? Or should I follow this: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/20492-mod-organizer/?hl=reinstall%20skyrim

 

I'm a bit at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
