Vanilla animation bugs and stutters

Hi. Maybe someone with bigger mod experience and sharper eye helps me out.

 

Whenever you enter the Strip for the first time you can see a bunch of drunk ncr soldiers "walking funny" and vomiting on the walls, when all animations work. For some reason i don't see these animations anymore, soldiers just walk normal and stand paralized instead of puking (like if animation dont work, they just stutter). I tried fresh start, turned off all the mods, removed idle animations etc. Only clean install without mods and removing fomm seems to work. I have no idea which one of the mods causes that...

Maybe i'm just a careless dumbass and f*cked something up. Please help

 

Needless to say sexout animations work like a clock.
