Giant Red Triangle in Whiterun

Hi I have a bit of a weird problem that just occured in my latest save. I strolled into whiterun, and I then notice a huge red triangle in the upper district that emits light. I also noticed that the triangle comes from a fence and ends inside of a house. This has never occured in my save before, and it only recently occured right after I uninstalled Dual Sheath Redux and installed Equipping Overhaul.

 

I'll attach a picture of what this huge red triangle looks like.

You are missing a texture, try to open the console and click on the triangle it should return an ID, from this ID you should be able to track down where this item comes from.

Well that's really weird. I went back into my save which is right in front of the giant red triangle, and it disappeared. Anyway thanks for the help I guess.
